Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring seamless operation of CRM platform across brands Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM works effectively for improving business performance
  • Ensure timely & error free execution of campaigns
  • Ensure QC of campaign performance reports & other data or reports requests received from the client
  • Support the team in creating monthly campaign plans & strategic roadmap for the program/client
  • Take lead on assigned projects and ensure efficient delivery
  • Manage new client/ new project onboarding
  • Key Client Interactions – Responsible for retention of clients by frequent interactions and building relationships, developing cross functional engagement across clients.
  • Publish timely MoM’s & trackers required for the project
  • Create & maintain proper documentation of assigned tasks/projects/processes
  • Assist in new business development process for the practice
  • Help achieve revenue objective of the assigned account(s)
  • Estimates to be raised for all out of scope tasks before commencement of work. Maintain a record of estimates raised
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver client requirements

  • Client servicing and solutioning and implementation on marketing strategy for clients
  • Planning and managing campaign execution – Product Launches, sustenance and customer interventions
  • Consulting and advising clients on their marketing plans to effectively run deployed solutions
  • Delivering CRM Strategy for the brand, encouraging customer retention and loyalty
  • Client engagement: Taking briefs from client and coordinating with teams for successful execution of the briefs (Analytics/Creative/Data/Campaign etc)
  • Leading process improvement initiatives for seamless brand experience
  • Periodic campaign and brand reviews with clients (reporting and presentations)
  • Customer contact strategy – Campaign management, profitability analysis and multichannel integration.
  • Bringing in innovations to improve customer and campaign response

Context to the role:

One of the key deliverables of this role would be help guide the sales and the customer teams to identify business problems and thereby build Cequity’s value proposition as solutions for those problems

Critical thinking, ability to break down problems into smaller units and thereby finding viable and feasible solutions is a must. This involves collaborating with several teams to build out a holistic solution – sales teams, technical teams, consulting teams etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the business problems for a particular industry and position Cequity’s product or service offering in a way that will interest the clients
  • Build out key business pitches, do a lot of business development work, build out functional proposal documents and support sales teams to close deals
  • Support the organizational brand by churning out thought leadership articles, work on research initiatives and support marketing teams with their initiatives
  • Support key consulting assignments for Cequity
  • The person is required to work as an independent contributor, while working with several teams to build/ put pieces of solution together; prior experience working on PMO roles in large scale projects will be an added advantage
  • Build business case for a client, ROI led selling/ business development

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting-led projects around the areas of sales, marketing and service.
  • Preferably from a consulting role background
  • Prior experience with analytics led sales projects / marketing projects
  • Will be an added advantage to have worked with CMO/CIO/CTO/ Sales Heads in the past
